At NeedToRelocate.co.uk we stick to what we know. Our area of operation (i.e. the area in which we search for property) is the heart of England: South Warwickshire, West Oxfordshire (the Cotswolds), Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and the Welsh borders. This is the area in which we have lived most of our lives – we know it intimately and we can be confident about the character of any particular area in which a search is focused.

Our web site is constructed using custom software to give our clients maximum detail in the minimum time. You will be issued with a username and password which will give you access to our project diary and search results (in real time) and also pictures and video of our viewings. You will be able to see in fine detail everything that we are doing to find your property, when we are doing it. Naturally, all this technology doesn’t preclude human contact! Its purpose is to allow you to keep track of progress at a time that suits you and not limited by our office hours. We believe this approach to be unique in our field and the methodology has been developed in such a way that we would be happy with it if we happened to be a client.

When you have settled upon a short-list of 'must-see' properties, we will arrange viewings and - if necessary - accommodation for your visit. We will transport you to and accompany you on the viewings and be available full-time to discuss matters regarding the surroundings, etc.. Eventually, if you are taken with a property, we will perform the negotiations with the vendor or agent so as to minimise the purchase price. Thereafter, at additional cost, we are available to help with anything to do with your new home - acquiring builders, surveyors, removal company, or quotations for anything else you might need.
